5-7 band pull aparts

5 scap pull-ups

5 push-ups or knee push-ups

5-7 sit-ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

9/6 Bike Calories

7 Hand Release Push-ups

5 Knees-to-elbows

Metcon (No Measure)

Optional Accessory Work 2 – Option A

Double Unders : 1×200
